R︰Good morning.Beaufort Sendirian Berhad.How may I help you?（早上好，Beaufort有限公司，我可以幫您嗎？）

C︰Good morning.I am calling because I have heard that you need a secretary.（早上好，我致電是因為聽說你們需要一位秘書。）

R︰Are you looking for a job?（您正在找工嗎？）

C︰Yes.（是的。）

R︰Hold on,Iwill pass you to the human resource department.（等一下，我把您傳到人事部。）

C︰Almost five years. I started working after I finished my Secretarial course.（將近5年，我在完成秘書課程後開始工作。）

A︰I would suggest that you come for an interview with the manager.（我建議你前來向經理面試。）

C︰May I know what would you like me to bring along?（我可以知道您需要我帶什麼嗎？）

A︰Prepare a relevant curriculum vitae,certificates and a passport-size photograph.（準備一份履歷，證書及一張護照大小的照片。）

C︰May I know when shall I have the interview?（我可以知道什麼時候可以面試嗎？）

A︰At 2p.m. ,next Monday. Is it okay?（下個星期一下午2時，好嗎？）

C︰May I know which floor the human resources department is?（我可以知道人事部在哪一樓嗎？）

A︰It is on the twelfth floor. We are looking forward to see you on Monday.（在第12樓，希望在星期一見到你。）

C︰Sure. See you.（當然，再見。）

A︰See You.（再見。）
