B︰In spite of the brake lights,the engine oil had not been changed.（ 不管那剎車燈，引擎油還沒被換。）

C︰Really？（真的嗎？）

B︰Futhermore,there are one hundred and twenty kilometers more on the meter.（此外，那表上多了120公里。）

C︰How could that be？（那怎麼會呢？）

B︰There is another fault. The front passenger window jams half-way up.（還有一個毛病，前座乘客的窗口關到一半就卡住了。）

C︰Mr. Peter,are you sure all these occured in our workshop？（彼德先 生，您確定這些都是在我們車廠發生的嗎？）

B︰Of course.（當然。）

C︰But our workers are all very professional.（不過，我們的員工都很專 業。）

B︰I am very sure.（我很確定。）

C︰Nevertheless,we shall investigate everything.（然而，我們會調查的。 ）

B︰I hope you can repair the van soon. We need to use the van in good condition.（我希望你們可以盡快修好那貨車，我們需要在良好情況下使用它。 ）

C︰Sure. Although it is almost five olock,I will send a mechanic right away.（當然。雖然快要5點了，我馬上派一位修理員工過去。）

B︰Good. （好。）
